The following incidents were reported Thursday to the Carson City Sheriff's Department Friday:


-- At least seven vehicle burglaries or incidents of vehicle damage were reported in the morning hours in the Silver Oak subdivision in northwest Carson City. Some of the affected streets include: Havenwood Court, Pinoak Lane, Scotch Pine Drive, Montelena Court, Oakridge Drive and Oxford Court.


Chief Deputy Sheriff Scott Burau said Friday that detectives have started an investigation, but no arrests have been made.


-- George Luis Gomes, a 21-year-old San Jose, Calif. man, arrested for suspicion of felony arson and disorderly conduct at 10:19 a.m. at the K-Bar on Highway 50 East. Gomes told police he was employed at the Carson Nugget as a bar back.


He was held in lieu of $40,000 bail.


Employees at the K-Bar said Friday they were unaware of the arrest. No fires had been reported at the bar. A call to the sheriff's department was not returned Friday.


-- Gregory S. Lyons, 37, of Placerville, Calif., was arrested for suspicion of forgery and possessing drug paraphernalia at 12:45 p.m. Wells Avenue and Thomas Road in Reno.


He was held in lieu of $15,000 bail.


-- Lori J. Barham, 38, from Carson City, arrested for suspicion of check forgery at 3:28 p.m. in the 3600 block of Summerhill Lane in Minden.


She was held in lieu of $7,500 bail.


-- Ronald J. Vickney, 45, from Carson City, arrested at the Carson City Jail on a Mineral County warrant for suspicion of drug dealing and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:53 p.m.


He was held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
