Marjorie Evelyn Horn, 72, a Carson City resident for the past 16 years, died March 29, 2002, in Carson City. She was born Jan. 19,1930, in Fairfax, Va.

Mrs. Horn was a member and past president and secretary of the Carson City Natives and Newcomers. She was active with the group for 16 years. She attended Shepherd of the Sierra Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by son Roger Thomas Weadon III in 1986.

Among her survivors are her husband Richard of Carson City; daughters Gail Lawrence of Salinas, Calif., and Kim Garcia of Carson City; brothers William Feaster of Atwater, Calif., and Raymond Feaster of Stafford, Va.; sister Rita Craig of Palm Desert, Calif., and six granddchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6490 South McCarren Blvd., Suite 40, Reno 89509.

A private family service will be in Santa Barbara, Calif., at a later date.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
