Orlick finishes third in the nation

Carson City's Mikey Orlick has finished off the USASA snowboarding season ranked as the third best freestyle rider in the nation.

Freestyle riders compete in halfpipe and slopestyle events. With strong finishes in both events, Orlick was able to secure his overall third place finish.

The USASA National Championships were held last month in Mammoth. Orlick's accomplishment was impressive since his age group, youth men (ages 14-15), was the most competitive, with more than 80 riders from across the country.
