The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- A 43-year-old landscaper from Carson City was arrested at 10:05 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Elm Street for suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,105.


-- Christopher Weddell, 24, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of East Long Street for suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.


-- William Ray Canfield, 43, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Marie Drive for suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail set.


-- Brian John Horigan, 25, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at William and Plaza streets for suspicion of felony possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $20,000.


-- Erik Vernon Achenbach, 19, a landscaper from Carson City, was arrested at 9 p.m. Tuesday at Highway 50 East and Graves Lane for suspicion of felony under the influence of a controlled substance, driving while under the influence of drugs, misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and failure to dim lights. Bail was set at $2,500.
