The following people were in custody at the Carson City jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


-- Charles Donald Muscott, 23, of Carson City, a maintenance worker, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of South Carson Street for the investigation of grand larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $26,105.


-- Amanda Lynn Conn, 26, of Carson City, unemployed, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Carson City jail for investigation of grand theft. Bail was set at $15,000.


--EA 45-year-old Carson City construction worker was arrested at 7:54 p.m. Thursday at Fifth and Mary streets for investigation of first-offense DUI, having an open container in his vehicle and expired license plates. Bail was set at $1,365.


-- A 22-year-old Carson City draft technician was arrested at 2:50 a.m. Friday at Stewart and Fifth streets for the investigation of first-offense DUI, speeding and driving with a revoked or suspended license. Bail was set at $1,265.


-- An 18-year-old firefighter was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Tursday in the 300 block of East William Street for the investigation of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $605.

-- Three property damage reports.


-- One grand larceny report.


-- Seven fraud reports.


-- One larceny report.


-- One vehicle burglary report.


-- One domestic battery report.


-- One vehicle damage report.
