Flying motorcycles will twist and turn 40 feet in the air this week during one of the new attractions at the Nevada State Fair today through Sunday.

The Air Fair Motorcycle Motocross Extreme Aerial Stunt Show will feature nationally ranked freestyle riders jumping from ramp to ramp and performing tricks in the air.

The riders will perform their stunts Sunday evening, the final day of the fair. During the day amateur riders will be able to take their turn on the ramps from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Mike Clements, the new corporate executive officer of the Fair, said this year's event features more new attractions than previous years in a bid to draw a larger crowd.

One of the new features is Fiesta Latina Day. Sunday, the state fair will offer Mexican food, and traditional Hispanic dancers and musicians.

Clements said he didn't want to just cater to the cowboys, he wanted to bring everyone together.

"An event means everybody's welcome."
