Obituary for William "Bill" Waller

A funeral for William "Bill" Waller, 60, a Carson City resident for the past 20 years, will be at noon Wednesday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Walton's.

Mr. Waller died Nov. 29, 2002, at his home. He was born Dec. 13, 1941, in Antioch, Calif., to William S. and Ardath Boyd Waller.

He married Judith Waller.

Before moving to Carson City, he lived in California.

Mr. Waller was a senior forensic specialist for Nevada Department of Prisons for 20 years, retiring in 2000.

Among his survivors are his wife, Judith; sisters Wanda Welch of Red Bluff, Calif., Betty Linn of Antioch and Barbara Bourquin, New Plymouth, Idaho.

Burial will be in Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
