The following men were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:
-- David McGuiness, 41, a heavy-equipment operator from Minden, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of felonies fourth-offense domestic battery and attempted kidnapping. Bail was set at $35,000.
-- Jason Paul Marshall, 27, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. Monday in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East for suspicion of felonies grand larceny and possession of stolen property and misdemeanors possession of paraphernalia and a contempt of court warrant. Bail was set at $35,000, plus $2,500 cash only.
