The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


-- Allan Joseph Sebastian Sr., 43, a Carson City mechanic, was arrested at 1:58 p.m. Saturday in the 3600 block of Highway 50 East on gross misdemeanor suspicion of child neglect/endangerment and misdemeanor suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and ex-felon failure to change address. Bail was set at $3,815.


-- A 50-year-old, unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 8:14 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of South Harbin Court on misdemeanor suspicion of second offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $605.


-- A 23-year-old computer technician from Carson City was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Friday in the 2000 block of Highway 50 East on misdemeanor suspicion of failure to appear in court. A cash-only bail was set at $170.


-- Patricia L. Barkley, 32, unemployed, of Carson City, was arrested at 10 p.m. Friday at the corner of Carson Meadow Drive and Goldfield Avenue on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession a hypodermic device and failure to notify a change address by a convicted person. Bail was set at $3,815.


-- A 23-year-old manager from Carson City was arrested at 12:57 p.m. Friday at the Lyon County line on misdemeanor suspicion of failure to appear in court. A cash-only bail was set at $155.


-- Debra Lee Hill, 44, an associate engineer from Carson City, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Friday on felony suspicion of possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500.
