The following arrests were made by the Carson City Sheriff's Department on Thursday:


-- An 18-year-old transient was arrested at 1:46 p.m. at the corner of Nye Lane and Airport Road and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, vagrancy and a probation violation. Bail was set at $7,420.


-- A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 1400 block of Como Street after he reportedly lied to deputies who were looking for two teenage girls. The suspect said they were not in his home, but they were found in his bedroom. He was arrested at 2:20 a.m. and charged with obstructing justice, minor consuming alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $1,135.


-- A 31-year-old correctional officer from Gardnerville was arrested at 3:12 a.m. at the corner of Saliman Road and Jodi Lane and charged with drunk driving. It was his first offense and bail was set at $1,105.


-- Albert Nardone, 22, of Carson City, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. at the corner of Stewart and Ninth streets and charged with grand larceny. He was also found to have two failure-to-appear citations. His bail was set at $26,125.


-- A 40-year-old Carson City photographer was arrested at 10:31 p.m. at Fairview Drive and Saliman Road and charged with a first offense drunk driving, speeding and no proof of insurance. His bail was set at $1,890.


-- Two Carson City men, one 18 and one 20, and a 19-year-old woman were arrested at Caroline and Stewart streets at 9:02 p.m. for reportedly running another car off the road and making threats to the people inside the car. The men were charged with battery, minor consuming, obstructing justice and disorderly conduct. The woman was charged with battery and a minor consuming alcohol.


-- A 36-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 10 p.m. in the Oxoby Loop where he was reportedly bouncing on the hood of a patrol car. He was charged with disorderly conduct and destruction of public property. Bail was set at $815.


-- A 34-year-old man was arrested at 8:30 p.m. in Mills Park and charged with disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $310.


-- A 24-year-old Carson City carpenter was arrested in Mills Park at 6:20 p.m. for a failure-to-appear warrant on a previous drunk driving charge. Bail was set at $1,100.


-- A 40-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested in the 2700 block of Modoc Court at 9:27 p.m. and charged with a second offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,105.


-- A 42-year-old transient was arrested in the 1800 block of North Carson Street at 1:17 p.m. and charged with trespassing, assault and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $1,025.


The following calls were made Thursday to the Carson City Sheriff's Department:


-- Two noise reports.


-- Three domestic disputes.


-- Three batteries.


-- One fight.


-- One grand larceny.


-- One hit-and-run accident.


-- One assault.


-- One coroner report.


-- One vehicle burglary and one home burglary.


-- One vehicle injury and one property injury.
