The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- Jose Angel Garcia, 19, salesman from Carson City, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday for suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, uttering a forged instrument and misdemeanor possession of stolen property. His bail was set at $7,500.


-- Henry Ashley Rose, 41, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street for felony probation violation. No bail was set.


-- LaDonna Miller, 25, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. Wednesday at Menlo Drive and Airport Road on warrants for suspicion of felony failure to appear on a trafficking charge, failure to appear after admission to bail and three misdemeanor failure to pay fine warrants. Bail was set at $9,804.


-- Lattish Nicole Brown, 23, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 800 East Fifth St. for suspicion of felony uttering a forged instrument and a warrant for failure to appear on a drug charge and possession of stolen property. Her bail was set at $26,005.


-- David Leroy Smith, 43, unemployed from Silver Springs, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday at Graves Lane and Highway 50 East for suspicion of felony third offense drunken driving, possession of methamphetamine, ex-felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a hypodermic device. He was also charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and failure to appear after admission to bail. His bail was set at $17,500.


-- Tim McCracken, 19, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Thursday for suspicion of felony battery by a prisoner. Bail was set at $5,000.
