A graveside service for Theresa D. Forinash, 79, a Carson City resident, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lone Mountain Cemetery with Sister Marie McGoin officiating.
Mrs. Forinash died Jan. 3, 2002, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born Feb. 15, 1922, in Brown County, Wis., to W. and N. Lemerond Wery.
Mrs. Forinash was a cashier in the gaming industry.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
