The following men and woman were booked into Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court.




-- Michael Menke, 21, address unknown, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Monday at the corner of Roop and Robinson streets on two felony warrants for failure to appear in court and one felony count of possession of methamphetamine. Police stopped Menke for riding a bicycle without proper lighting. He was cited for two misdemeanor warrants and possession of a hypodermic needle.


-- Carson City residents Jerimiah Roth, 19, Bobby Leroy Westfall, 19, and Jennifer Jerre-Rojas, 23, were arrested at 11:38 p.m. Sunday at the AM/PM Mini-market, 1400 Rand St., on suspicion of possession of stolen property after officers found three people with a stolen 1994 Chevrolet Suburban. Jerre-Rojas was cited on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.


-- A 55-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5:12 p.m. Sunday on suspicion of reckless driving, drunken driving and failing to register as an ex-convict.


-- Officers arrested two Carson City men, ages 21 and 33, on suspicion of disorderly conduct and civil protective custody for alcohol after officers found the men drunk and sitting on the steps of the State Archives Building at Steward and Second streets. The 21-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of failing to register as an felon.
