Obituary: Patricia L. "Pat" Lemus

Patricia L. (Pat) Lemus of Carson City died April 9, 2003, in Agoura Hills, Calif., after a long battle with cancer.

She was born March 21, 1936, in Redlands, Calif., to Raymond and Margaret Garrison.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived for 20 years in the Carson Valley.

She worked for and retired from J.C. Penney Co. in 1999.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roland; and brother Jim Garrison in November 2002.

Among her survivors are her son Richard Young and his wife, Debi, and grandchildren Andrea, Richie and Peter, all of Agoura Hills; son Steve Young and grandson Tyler Young, both of Brighton, Colo.; brothers Don and his wife, Annett, of Gardnerville and Bill and his wife, Jenny, of Genoa; sister-in-law, Joan of Carson City; and many nieces, nephews and cousins in Carson Valley, Carson City, California and Wisconsin.

No funeral services are planned. Donations in her name may be made to the National Cancer Society.
