The exact opening dates will be dependent on weather conditions at the time.
Those planned openings are:
May 9 -- Nevada Beach Campground.
May 9 -- Fallen Leaf Campground.
May 10 -- Nevada Beach Day Use.
May 10 -- Meeks Bay Campground.
May 10 -- Meeks Bay Day Use.
May 10 -- Kaspian Campground.
May 10 -- William Kent Campground.
May 17 -- Baldwin Beach.
May 24 -- Pope Beach.
Most recreation facilities in the Tahoe Basin are expected to be fully open by Memorial Day Weekend.
Beginning May 24, the Tallac Historic Site will be open on weekends through June 20. On June 21, that site will be open daily, through Labor Day.
