The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
-- A 41-year-old female preschool teacher from South Lake Tahoe was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Friday after she turned herself in to the Sheriff's Department on East Musser Street on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for criminal contempt. Bail was set at $276.
-- A 70-year-old male transient was arrested at 2:11 p.m. Friday on the corner of Saliman Road and Highway 50 East on misdemeanor suspicion of being a drunken pedestrian and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $304.
