A celebration of life for David Carl Blake, 48, a Dayton resident for the past five years, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Blake residence.
Mr. Blake died Aug. 16, 2003, at his home. He was born Dec. 31, 1954, in San Francisco, to Herbert and Margaret Blake.
Before moving to Dayton, he lived in San Diego, Calif.
Mr. Blake loved auto racing, fishing, hunting and camping.
Among his survivors are his parents of Dayton; sisters Debbie Alvey of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Doris Montoya of San Jose, Calif.; two nephews; three nieces and girlfriend Colleen Paddock of Dayton.

Capitol City Cremation and Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
