Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- Rodney Allen Billman, 40, a roofer from Carson City, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. Thursday in the 3100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion felony failure to comply fraud charge. Bail was set at $1,000 cash only.
- A 35-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 1:18 p.m. Thursday in the 190 block of Pinion Hills on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
