John M. Ferry, 51, a Carson City resident for the past 20 years, died Dec. 27, 2003, at Washoe Medical Center.
He was born Sept. 17, 1952, in Marysville, Calif.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Marysville.
Mr. Ferry was the assistant manager at Wal-Mart Store 2189 on South Kietzke Lane in Reno.
He loved to fish. He was a member of E Clampus Vitus Julia C. Bulette Chapter 1864 and Snowshoe Thompson Chapter 1827.
Among his survivors are his fiancee, Debbie Vangieson of Washoe Valley.
A private family service will be held.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
