The following man and woman were booked into the Carson City Jail. Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
-- A 39-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 11:49 a.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Coronet Way on suspicion of a restraining-order violation. Bail was set at $1,105.
-- Rosemary Beauchamp, 47, a homemaker from Carson City, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Chimney Drive on suspicion of gross misdemeanor battery on a peace officer and misdemeanor domestic dispute. Bail was set at $5,605.
