Robert Leroy Krause, 52, a Minden resident for the past five years, died Jan. 14, 2003, in Minden. He was born Oct. 14, 1950, in Washington state, to Loyd and Jene Tate Krause.
Before moving to Minden, he lived in Patterson, Calif.
Mr. Krause worked as a service writer for car dealers in the Carson Valley.
Among his survivors are: mother Jene of Washington; companion Debbie Young of Minden; daughter Wendy Krause of Santa Rosa, Calif.; brothers Don of Tracy, Calif., and Jerry of San Jose, Calif.; lifetime friend Ron Bartlett of Minden and one grandchild.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home, Gardnerville, is in charge of arrangements.
