The following men were booked into the Carson City Jail on Thursday. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty:
-- A 22-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Thursday for suspicion of misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and a Sparks warrant. No bail was set.
-- Earl Heltsley, 34, no known address, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Thursday at Kmart for suspicion of felonies including possession of a dangerous weapon, being under the influence of a controlled substance and three counts of a felon in possession of a firearm. He was charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon and resisting an officer with violence. Bail was set at $76,605.
