Lauren Costella, Justin Barber and Tara Theilemann were all named as high school All-Americans.

The three, who all just completed their senior years at Carson High, were honored by the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association.

Swimmers who place in the top 100 in the nation are honored as All-Americans while the next 50 receive honorable mention status. Costella, Barber and Theilemann all placed in the top 100 to receiver All-American honors.

For events that were 200 yards or longer, times were also adjusted for altitude. Costella had the sixth-ranked time in the 500 free at four minutes, 50.47 seconds.

Barber ranked 55th in the 200 individual medley (1:54.18) and 62nd in the 500 free (4:39.01). Theilemann was ranked 45th in the 200 free (1:51.45) and 87th in the 100 free (52.25).
