The following man was booked into the Carson City Jail. He is presumed innocent until proved guilty in court:
-- Floyd Roger Swanner, 36, a construction worker from Dayton, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. Thursday on a felony fugitive from justice warrant out of Riley, Kan., for suspicion of failure to appear on a marijuana and cocaine possession charge. His bail was set at $5,000.
