A graveside service for Andrew J. Goulart, 86, of Minden will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Friends Cemetery in Newberg, Ore.
Mr. Goulard died July 19, 2003, at his home. He was born Sept. 4, 1916, in Mission San Jose, Calif.
He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of World War II.
Among his survivors are his son, Andrew Jay of Minden; daughter, Sherry Allred of Gardnerville; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
