The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


-- A 20-year-old laborer from Dayton was arrested at 3:49 a.m. Monday at Latigo and Mulligan drives on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,105.


-- Tobias Garringer, 26, an unemployed transient, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on a Butte County, Calif., warrant for suspicion of felony fugitive from justice, possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of paraphernalia and contempt of court. His bail was set at $12,710.


-- James Allen Lillo, 53, self employed from Carson City, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Monday in the 2600 block of Sherman Lane on a Sparks warrant for suspicion of felony insufficient funds and misdemeanor failure to pay fine. Bail was set at $2,436.
