Carl Richards, 74, a Stagecoach resident for 22 years, died Nov. 3, 2003, at home. He was born on Jan. 28, 1929, in Utica, Ohio, to Wellington and Mary Crawford Richards.
Before moving to Stagecoach, he lived in Placerville, Calif.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He enjoyed fishing.
He was preceded in death by his son Frank, seven siblings and stepson, Raymond Speckman.
Among his survivors are his wife of 39 years, Barbara of Stagecoach; sons Alva of Livermore, Calif., and Fred of Manteca, Calif.; daughter, Connie Anderson of Stagecoach; sister, Louise Keller of Boise, Idaho; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
No service will be held.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
