The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- Melvin Gibson, 24, a mechanic from Colorado, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. at Long and Fall streets on suspicion of felony sex offender failure to register and misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $5,632.
- Daryn Rice, 38, a mechanic from Carson City, was arrested at 8 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on Alameda warrant on a felony possession of a controlled substance charge. No bail was set.
