Dayton volleyball beats Manogue

DAYTON 3, MANOGUE 1


The Dayton volleyball team (5-0, 4-0 in the Northern 4A) picked up a huge win on the road, beating Manogue 17-25, 25-17, 25-19, 25-21.


Carey Kytle had 13 kills, five blocks and three digs, Amanda Ring had seven kills, 16 digs and served for one ace, Sarah Connett served for eight points and had three kills, 25 assists and 21 digs, April Thompson had one kill, two blocks and nine digs, Danielle Rodriguez served for 15 points and one ace and had 14 digs, Amanda Sbragia had 12 kills, six blocks and two digs, Bridgette Galles served for three points and had three blocks, eight assists and 10 digs, Tricia Moli had six kills and three blocks, Vienna Cabrita served for 10 points and an ace and had 10 digs and Natalie Malekos served for nine points and an ace and had nine digs.


Dayton's freshmen won and the junior varsity lost.
