A convicted sex-offender was arrested Tuesday for allegedly fondling himself in front of a window in Western Nevada Community College's Reynolds Building.

Erin Swezey, 37, was booked into the Carson City Jail at 5:03 p.m. on suspicion of gross misdemeanor indecent exposure.

According to the arrest report, a woman allegedly saw Swezey through a window Wednesday as she was going into a class at 4:30 p.m. She told another person who also witnessed Swezey's behavior.

The two then contacted campus security and Swezey, who lists his occupation as computer technician, was apprehended.

He posted a $2,632 bail and was released Wednesday.

On March 19, a woman reported she was alone in a Western Nevada Community College classroom when a man came in and exposed himself to her.

Chief Deputy Steve Schuette said investigators are looking into a connection between the two cases.

In 1991, Swezey was arrested for flashing a girl at the college. He was convicted of felony open and gross lewdness and sentenced to probation.
