A memorial Mass for Philip C. Proell, 44, a Carson City resident, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Gall Catholic Church.
Mr. Proell died Aug. 7, 2004, in Carson City. He was born June 24, 1960, in Northridge, Calif.
He lived in the Carson Valley area for 16 years coming from Southern California.
Mr. Proell worked as a carpenter for various contractors for the past 15 years.
Among his survivors are his mother and father, Jeanne and Walt Johnson of Carson City; brothers Steven of Sonoma, Calif., and James of Vietnam and sister, Rae Jean Lash of Las Vegas.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
Inurnment will be at Eastside Memorial Park.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
