Sharilyn L. Mann

Sharilyn L. Mann, 59, a Mound House resident for the past 15 years, died Dec. 8, 2004, at home.

She was born Oct. 7, 1945, in Oakland, Calif., to Elza and Doris Hawk Turkington.

Before moving to Mound House, she lived in Saudi Arabia for 10 years and in Gardnerville for 12 years.

Mrs. Mann was the owner of the Golden Basket. She had been retired for five years. She was a Christian.

Among her survivors are her husband, Richard P., and daughter Shannon McCormick, both of Mound House; daughter Taya Woolery of Reno; and granddaughter, Nicky McCormick and great-grandson, Garret McCormick, both of Mound House.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
