James Lester Welker, 76, a Carson City resident for the past 15 years, died Jan. 31, 2004, in Carson City. He was born Aug. 19, 1927, in Dayton, Ohio, to Lester Welker.
Mr. Welker was the owner and operator of Best T.V. Repair Shop in Carson City.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
Among his survivors are his sons Bill of South Lake Tahoe and James of Colfax, Calif.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
