A memorial Mass for Phillip "Otto" Carr, 51, a Carson City resident and native Nevadan, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 3 Melanie Lane, Dayton.
Mr. Carr died Feb. 6, 2004, at home. He was born April 26, 1952, in Nevada.
He was an active biker and enjoyed building custom bikes and street rods.
Among his survivors are his Grandma Beckman, age 101, of Woodlawn, Calif.; and daughter, Cheri O'Banion of Carson City.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
