The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 22-year-old, unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 2 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. Bail was set at $1,132.

• A 21-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Saturday on the corner of Carson and Winnie streets on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence. Bail was set at $1,204.

• A 24-year-old transient carpenter was arrested at 10:38 p.m. Friday on the corner of Musser and Carson streets on suspicion of driving under the influence. Bail was set at $2,632.

• Justin Owen, a 23-year-old, unemployed Carson City man, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. Friday in the 3400 block of Champion Street on a felony warrant out of Carson for possession of methamphetemines. Bail was set at $6,500.

• Ramon Adrian Paritita Quintana, a 27-year-old forklift driver from Carson City, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of gross misdemeanor false imprisonment and first-offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,000.

-- Deputies responded to the following calls:

• A driver reported being hit from behind by an older, primer-blue Camaro at 4:23 p.m. Friday on the corner of Graves Lane and Highway 50 East. The Camaro fled east on Highway 50.

• A fight was reported in the Carson Nugget Coffee shop at 1:21 a.m. Saturday.

• An intoxicated juvenile with a revoked driver's license crashed a car into several vehicles along Empire Ranch Road around 6 a.m. Saturday. He was later found at a Carson City motel and arrested.

• Two mailboxes were reported pulled over Friday night - one at Greenhouse Garden Center on South Curry Street and another at a home on Kensington Court in northeast Carson City.
