Josh Camper pitched six strong innings to pick up the win as the Carson Coyotes Senior Babe Ruth Baseball team beat the Sparks Braves 6-5 on Friday at Reno's Governor's Bowl.
Camper struck out seven. Jarrod Bone pitched one inning, striking out one to pick up the save. Jason Knowles and Brad Breeden each went 2-for-4, Chris Ames was 2-for-3 with a double, Wes Osmer doubled and Camper and Jack Maloney each added a hit.
