The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Paul Alex Alatorre III, a 20-year-old, unemployed Carson City man, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $4,364.

- A 23-year-old Carson City computer strategist was arrested at 4:10 a.m. Saturday in the 3700 block of Diamond Avenue on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

- A 44-year-old Carson City casino employee was arrested at 2:29 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of two counts misdemeanor battery. Bail was set at $2,264.

- A 33-year-old Reno tow truck driver was arrested at 2:29 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. Bail was set at $1,132.

- A 20-year-old Carson City laborer was arrested at 2:29 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. Bail was set at $1,132.

- A 25-year-old Reno account executive was taken into civil protective custody at 2:29 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of South Carson Street and held until sober.

- Markoz Dominguez, an 18-year-old Carson City lawn-care worker, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of Hot Springs Road on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor second-offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $35,132.

- Ron Dee Waddell Jr., a 47-year-old Carson City hardware store worker, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of East Park Street on a gross misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for contempt of court. A cash-only bail was set at $3,000.

- Brian Gavin Mitchell, a 42-year-old, unemployed Carson City man, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. Friday on the corner of Lorraine Street and Sherman Lane on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,632.

- Cathy Nye Fairbanks, a 55-year-old, unemployed Carson City woman, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony embezzlement. Bail was set at $15,000.

n Deputies responded to the following calls:

- A loud party with possible drug activity was reported in an apartment in the 1100 block of Woodside Drive at 12:32 a.m. Saturday.

- A woman reported her husband, who had been drinking, pushed her down and broke a door in the 3700 block of Diamond Avenue at 3:48 a.m. Saturday.

- A vehicle was pulled over after almost hitting a deputy's car head on at 12:40 a.m. Friday on the corner of Northridge and Spooner drives. During an arrest for driving under the influence of intoxicants, one subject was hit with a tazer. A phlebotomist was called in to check the blood alcohol content of an uncooperative subject.

- A silver Honda Accord was reported stolen during the night at 2:33 p.m. in the 900 block of North Nevada Street.
