The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Jesse Craig Smith, 18, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. Friday at Continental and Woodside drives on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $3,961.

- Robert Dean Webster, 48, a land surveyor from Carson City, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of East Long Street on a felony U.S. Marshal Service warrant for suspicion of possession of a firearm under a domestic violence order. No bail was set.

- Shawn Thomas Dunn, 43, of Carson City, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. Thursday in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and attempt to utter a fictitious bill. He allegedly tried to purchase a carton of cigarettes with a fake $100.


n Deputies responded to the following calls:

- An 11-year-old girl was approached Thursday at 4:08 p .m. in front of Eagle Valley Junior High School by a man telling her to get in his truck. The girl ran home and told her parents.

- Someone stole about 10 DVDs from Blockbuster Video in the 3700 block of North Carson Street on Thursday.

- A windshield on a vehicle at Carson High School was broken into sometime Thursday night.

- A wallet was stolen from a vehicle parked at Bordewich Bray Elementary School on Friday morning.
