The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- Christopher Andrew Irvin, 23, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. Friday on Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $4,264.
- A 31-year-old builder from Carson City was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Lone Mountain Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving.
n Deputies responded to the following calls:
- A student at Fremont Elementary School was kicked in the face Thursday at 1:22 p.m.
- Two men were seen fighting in the 1200 block of East Fifth Street at 4:11 p.m.
