Lois Haselwander

Lois Haselwander, 78, a Carson City resident for the past 20 years, died Nov. 5, 2004, at her home. She was born April 26, 1926, in Colorado, to Royce R. and Ruby B. Taylor Annis.

She graduated from high school in Sandy, Ore.

She married Robert Haselwander Nov. 13, 1946, in Vancouver, Wash.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Temple City, Calif.

Mrs. Haselwander retired from the Bank of America after 30 years. She worked at the ration board throughout the war. She enjoyed cross stitching.

She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.

Among her survivors are her husband; son, Robert Royce, and daughters Ruby Arlene Gavigan and Julie Ann Hayden, all of Carson City; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

No service is scheduled.

Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
