Sheriff's blotter

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Robert Lawson White, 33, an unemployed transient, was arrested at 4:25 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of North Curry Street on suspicion of felony burglary, obtaining money under a false pretense and California probation violation. No bail was set.

• David Edward Lawrence, 51, of Zephyr Cove, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. Monday in the 4100 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $5,264.

-- Deputies responded to the following calls:

• Tools were stolen from a business in the 4600 block of Arrowhead Drive sometime over the weekend.

• A report from the hospital Monday of child abuse by a mother's boyfriend.
