A memorial for Anella Schill, 82, a Carson City resident since 1987, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Gardnerville.
Mrs. Schill died March 26, 2005, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born May 5, 1922, in Tiltonsville, Ohio, to Alemmano Rinati and Dean Traversari Rinati.
Prior to living in Carson City, she lived in Cardiff, Calif. She married Robert Schill in 1956 in Nevada.
Mrs. Schill was an accomplished professional musician and taught piano, organ and accordion.
She was preceded in death by her grandson David Rice.
Among her survivors are her husband; daughter and son-in-law, Carole and John Rice; son Donald DiCarlo; grandson James Rice, and two great-granddaughters.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lutheran Church Seminary in Fort Wayne, Ind.
