A funeral for David George Chase, 35, a Carson City resident for the past two years, and former Independence, Ohio, resident, will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Vodrazka Funeral Home in Independence, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian burial will follow at St. Michael Church, at 10 a.m.
Mr. Chase died Dec. 15, 2005, in an auto accident in Carson City.
Among his survivors are his father and mother George M. and Carol Ann Majewski Chase of Independence; brother and sister-in-law Michael G. and Christina; sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl Chase-Carmichael and Tim Carmichael; brother George Jr. and numerous extended-family members.
Burial will be at Mapleshade Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the David Chase Charitable Fund, c/o Key Bank, 6575 Brecksville Road, Independence, OH 44131.
