A memorial service for Adam Douglas Johnson, 25, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Mountain View Mortuary, 425 Stoker Ave., Reno.
He died Jan. 17, 2005.
He was born Nov. 14, 1979, in Carson City.
Mr. Johnson enjoyed art, music, chess and spending time with friends.
Among his survivors are his mother and stepfather, Linda Olson and Jim Chivers of Reno; father and stepmother, Douglas and Sherrie Johnson of Carson City; brothers and sisters-in-law Ryan and Carrie and Garrett and Joann Olson of Reno; sisters Nikki and Michelle Olson of Carmichael, Calif.; grandmother, Shirley Knopping of Reno; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
