Crimes

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 32-year-old gate person from Carson City was arrested at 1:27 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of East Graves Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor speeding and driving without a license. Bail was set at $1,132.

• A 19-year-old transient was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Saturday at Highway 50 and Nichols Lane on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $147.

• Valeraie, aka Ann, Baxley, a 35-year-old cashier from Carson City, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. Sunday at Telegraph and Nevada streets on suspicion of felony probation violation. Bail was denied.
