A funeral for Richard Koyro, 74, a Mark Twain resident for the past two years, will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Joshua Memorial Park and Mortuary in Lancaster, Calif.

A remembrance gathering for family and friends will follow at Gino's Pizza in Lancaster.

Mr. Koyro died Feb. 27, 2005, at his home. He was born July 26, 1930, in Ohio, to John G. and Amelia Kungis Koyro.

Before moving to Mark Twain, he lived in Lancaster.

Among his survivors are daughter, Juanita Ball of Mark Twain; sisters Joan Graver of Modesto, Calif., Pat Tarver of Oklahoma and Christian Moore of Ohio; twin brother George of Pennsylvania and grandchildren Jason and Aimee Schumacher of Dayton.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
