The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 45-year-old unemployed woman from Carson City was arrested at 7:07 a.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation. Bail was set at $3,000.

• Derrick Kennedy, a 32-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Roundup Road on suspicion of felony violation of an extended protection order. Bail was set at $2,500.

• A 43-year-old transient was arrested at 4:32 p.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of Deer Run Road on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court and suspicion of misdemeanor theft. Bail was set at $1,498.

• A 50-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 9:23 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of South Roop Street on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI, speeding and driving with a suspended license. Bail was set at $1,851.

• Octavio Acosta-Ruiz, a 27-year-old carpenter from Carson City, was arrested at 4:08 p.m. Saturday at East College Parkway and Cinnebar Avenue on suspicion of felony DUI with injury, providing a false ID to avoid prosecution, eluding arrest with injury, a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear and suspicion of misdemeanor failure to maintain lane, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, reckless driving and driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $48,558.

• Kermit Lee Kincheloe, a 44-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. Sunday in the 2600 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to comply. Bail was set at $2,624.

• A 24-year-old cook from Carson City was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Saturday at Imperial Way and Nye Lane on misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and criminal contempt. Bail was set at $2,013.

• A 23-year-old nurse from Carson City was arrested at 2:19 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Shady Oak Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• Sean Alberson, a 37-year-old satellite installer from Carson City, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a felony warrant for failure to appear and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $40,000.

• A 32-year-old foreman from Carson City was arrested at 7:23 a.m. Sunday in the 4700 block of South Carson Street on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,000.

• A 36-year-old electrician from Carson City was arrested at 8:18 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,000.

• A 34-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 1:22 p.m. Saturday in the 3400 block of South Carson Street on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,000.

• A 21-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Fifth Street and Butti Way on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear and suspicion of misdemeanor driving with a revoked license. No bail was set.
