Deputies responded to the following calls:




• Tools were stolen from a van sometime over the weekend in the 1100 block of South Nevada Street.


• A man was in custody by casino security for panhandling and possible vehicle theft in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on Sunday at 9:35 a.m. The man was arrested on burglary charges.


• A father reported Saturday at 10:43 p.m. his 14-year-old daughter did not return home after going to see a movie.


• A rifle scope was found in shrubbery in the 1500 block of East Fifth Street on Saturday at 3:13 p.m.


• A man reported Saturday at 12:17 a.m. a woman came to his home, accused him of stealing her wallet and took his DVD player. Another person hit him.


• A man violated a restraining order Saturday by sending the protected party an e-mail.


• Two males got gas at a North Carson Street station Saturday, then left without paying at 8:21 a.m.


• A husband, who found his wife passed out on the floor of their North Carson Street motel room Saturday at 6:40 a.m., had her arrested for drinking because she was in violation of probation conditions.
