The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:
Monday: Chicken Caesar salad, egg, roll with butter, fruit cup, ice cream.
Tuesday: Baked fish, rice pilaf, coleslaw, roll with butter, half orange, ice cream, soup from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Wednesday: Ham salad sandwich and split pea soup, tomato, pickle, lettuce, three-bean salad, peaches.
Thursday: Chicken cordon bleu, rice, mixed veggies, Waldorf salad, bread pudding.
Friday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, potatoes, rye bread with butter, mixed fruit.
The menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:
Monday: Spaghetti and meatballs, spinach salad, Italian veggies, pears, garlic bread, brownies.
Tuesday: Fish sticks, macaroni and cheese, cottage cheese with fruit, peas and carrots, pineapple crumble.
Wednesday: Bacon cheeseburgers, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle, red-potato salad, watermelon, chocolate pudding.
Thursday: Corn beef and cabbage, Jell-O with fruit, red potatoes, rye bread, apple juice, carrot cake.
Friday: Roast beef, pea salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, winter blend veggies, dinner roll, dessert.

Monday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, veggie salad, garlic bread, orange.
Tuesday: Teriyaki chicken, baked beans, spinach salad, rice, banana, bread with butter.
Wednesday: Tuna salad, vegetable soup, tater tots, peaches, saltine crackers, roll with butter.
Thursday: Sweet-and-sour pork, stir-fry veggies, mushrooms, chow mein noodles, pineapple chunks, fortune cookie.
Friday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, mixed fruit, roll, cake and ice cream.
The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:
Monday: Turkey and dumplings, pickled beets, pears with Jell-O and topping.
Tuesday: Salisbury steak, baked yams, spinach, fresh fruit, roll with butter.
Wednesday: Sweet and-sour chicken with onions, peppers, pineapple, celery; chow mein noodles; fruit crisp; fortune cookie.
Thursday: Barbecued ham on a bun, broccoli, tater tots, pineapple-peach cobbler.
Friday: Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, biscuit with butter.
The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:
Monday: Oven baked chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, green salad, peach crisp.
Tuesday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, green salad, apples, broccoli, orange sherbet.
Wednesday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed veggies, fruit medley, cake and ice cream.
Thursday: Sloppy joes, brussels sprouts, tater tots, apricots.
Friday: Sweet-and-sour meatballs over rice, stir-fry veggies, mandarin oranges, fortune cookie.
