Beulah Y. Overturf

A service for Beulah Y. Overturf, 92, a Dayton resident for the past four months, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, Calif.

Mrs. Overturf died May 18, 2005, in Dayton. She was born Sept. 29, 1912, in Franklin, Ark., to Archie and Mollie Burns Nicks.

She married Harvey Overturf in 1938, in Arkansas. He preceded her in death Dec. 11, 1985, in San Bernardino, Calif.

Before moving to Dayton, she lived in Calimesa, Calif.

Mrs. Overturf was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Among her survivors are children James H. Overturf of Calimesa, Nina J. Minard of Dayton and Carole A. Miettinen of Chino, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
